Petrone’s 4th Best Restaurant: Salt & Barrel
Salt & Barrel owner Ryan Flynn believes her unique cocktail program and raw bar were the reason for the recognition, even though S&B just opened this past spring.
“It means the world [to be awarded by FIOS1],” said Flynn. “We are eight months young and are getting these amazing awards and being put in a category with impressive talent.”
Flynn also lauded the work of her New York City-based chef, Alexander Williamson, for helping put S&B on the map so soon.
