GreaterBayShore TV’s “Special Sauce” was in the kitchen at the beautiful Salt & Barrel Oyster & Craft Cocktail Bar on Main Street in Bay Shore.
There, executive chef Scott Andriani showed us how to build the perfect summer lobster roll that S&B is stuffing into their brand-new lobster roll to-go lunchboxes that are now available on weekends.
He also gave us some great tips on cooking and cracking open your lobsters at home.
(Apparently, the lobster legs contain the most succulent meat.)
The tasty lobster salad rolls are available on weekends at Salt & Barrel, Friday through Sunday, for takeout. The boxes are packed with other goodies and they’re just $20 starting Memorial Day weekend.
