Verde Kitchen & Cocktails is getting a cosmetic facelift.

The Mexican-inspired Bay Shore eatery closed down after Sunday’s dinner service for week-long renovations.

The upgrades include re-doing the wood flooring, as well as aesthetic improvements to the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms.

The owners and Bay Shore brothers, Anthony and Andrew Tartaglia, told GreaterBayShore their restaurant is scheduled to reopen this Friday at 11:30 a.m. for lunch.

“We are always doing little improvements here and there,” said Anthony, who opened up Verde at 70 East Main Street in fall of 2014. “But for this, we had to shut down. The place is going to look nice and pretty again.”
