Three downtown Bay Shore restaurants are teaming up to offer a virtual bar crawl with live music this Saturday, April 11.
This is for local peopled holed up due to coronavirus containment measures.
The first-every Bay Shore Virtual Bar Crawl will be featuring The Tap Room, Verde Kitchen & Cocktails and Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar.
Bobby Digital (1-3) and JHaus (3-5) will simultaneously be performing live on their Facebook feeds.
How the food and drink thing works:
For $40 delivered (or $35 for pickup at Coastal) people can sit, sip and snack from the three restaurants, with delivery and pickup times starting at 1 p.m. and running until 5 p.m.
Coastal and Verde owner Anthony Tartaglia told GreaterBayShore his friend and colleague James Bonanno at The Tap Room crafted the plan.
“It’s a way for us to keep people employed and help keep the musicians working while helping our customers’ lives be fairly normalized right now and cabin fever,” Tartaglia said.
