The Harbour Club apartments in West Babylon are getting set to unveil their new, fully updated kitchens — just in time for the reopening of apartment leasing offices across Long Island.
Anyone in the market for a new apartment should check out this uniquely beautiful waterfront complex, located on Babylon’s South Shore.
Come take a walk around the extensively landscaped grounds which feature a lake and private boat basin. Take a tour of the spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. Imagine what it would be like to call this beautiful community home.
Having reinvented what garden apartments meant in the 1960s, the family run complex is about to start showing units with brand-new kitchens.

“We also think our complex is particularly well suited for the challenges of today,” said Susan Barbash, whose father, Murray Barbash of Brightwaters, and his partner, Saul Seiff of Huntington, teamed up to build The Harbour Club at a time when no one knew what to make of it.
The Harbour Club has “lots of open space, walking paths, the private marina, private terraces that look out over the lake, the golf course, marina and creek,” Barbash continued. “So many apartment complexes are basically buildings and parking lots. Not the Harbour Club. We are unique.”
Barbash has been a Harbour Club managing owner for over two decades.
She and any resident there can attest to the management’s pride in speedy responses to any type of maintenance issue, large or small.
Even a blown lightbulb warrants action from the office.
“We have a great staff,” Barbash said. “It really differentiates us. And we really do want to have the best of everything: the best grounds and the best service.”
Units start as low as $2,075, according to the website. Scroll down for some more photos.
