The popular Oktoberfest party at T. J. Finley’s Public House in Bay Shore is coming to a backyard or living room near you.
Instead of one day, the Oktoberfest at home from Finley’s runs for four Saturdays: Sept. 19, Sept. 26, Oct. 3, and Oct. 10. (Menu options below.)
“Our Oktoberfest is one of our most popular events of the year and we couldn’t let the virus stop us,” said T.J. Finley’s co-owner Drew Dvorkin, citing virus containment regulations that make the crowded event impossible to run like in prior years. “So this year we are going to continue our Oktoberfest tradition by selling ticketed packages online.
“We are going virtual.”
how it works
Revelers choose a “fest” package for two, four, or six guests, and book a pickup date and a pickup time. Each package includes Hofbrau Oktoberfest beer, branded beer steins, giant baked pretzels, bratwurst, and German potato salad.
To allow for proper social distancing, the event is being spread over the four Saturdays, with staggered the pickup times.
There are limited tickets available for each date and time slot.
