BAY SHORE, N.Y. — Nicky’s on the Bay will be letting the good times roll on the water well beyond summer, says owner Nick Parini.

“In all the years Nicky’s has been in business we have never stayed open past Columbus Day, but due to the lack of occupancy in restaurants from New York City to Montauk, paired with the high demand for dining, we wanted to give our loyal customers and potential new customers an exciting new fall menu and a warmer, cozy atmosphere,” Parini said.

To help, Nicky’s underwent some minor updates to cozy up the waterfront restaurant in time for the cooler months.

They’re also launching fall menus for the first time.

Parini says Nicky’s will remain open “at least” through Thanksgiving, if not longer.

Typically, Nicky’s limits its hours after the summer high season, then the restaurant would only open for private parties later in the fall.

The hours are 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays. The weekends hours run from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays. Nicky’s will be closed Tuesdays.
