Barre class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates with beer. The barre is used as a prop to balance whole practicing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movement. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Class is 1 hour. Check in at 11:00 am class starts at 11:15 am.
